Another Green Secret

Mmm... When I want a filling, decadent, sweet smoothly? Say yes to pb, banana, spinach and soy milk and hello to satisfaction. Whoop whoop. :)
- 1 tbs peanut butter ( its enough I promise)
- 1 banana frozen or not, your call
- cup or so of soy milk
- handful of spinach
